Eight years later when we went to sell that home and buy another in Nashville we didn't hesitate to use Connie. We were initially concerned about her knowledge of the different areas of Nashville, but that was quickly put to rest. She gave us tips to help us sell our home and she was able to find a buyer for us within 10 days. She then worked with us to find our dream home in the Old Hickory area. We had a couple of potential problems with the sellers of the house we wanted and she had multiple solutions ready to get us into the house with no problems! She has been great to work with and someone I would want on my side in buying or selling a home, especially if problems arise! She will do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with the home's on the market - anything less and you'd be short changed. Connie will use her experience to get you the best deal possible.
