--I prefer to work with my sellers to develop a marketing plan and timetable that most suits their specific home.  In this case, "one size fits all", is not the way to go.

--Receive and evaluate offers.

--Assist throughout the negotiation process.

--Coordinate and assist in escrow or post-contract activities.  Getting your home's sale to the closing table is one of the most critical services I will assist you with.

--Coordinate with your closing agent document preparation.  Provide preclosing consultation.

--Attend your closing to resolve any last minute items and to ensure the transaction is completed according to your purchase and sale agreement.
